5. Subscriptions
By registering for an account with Us, You become a “Subscriber” with access to certain password-restricted areas of the Service (a “Subscription”). Each Subscription and the rights and privileges provided to each Subscriber are personal and non-transferable.
You may pay for Your Subscription fees with Stripe or PayPal. We will charge Your offered method of payment for Your first Subscription fee on the date that We process Your order for Your Subscription.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: DEPENDING ON THE BILLING OPTION YOU CHOOSE (MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, OR ANNUALLY), WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ON EACH ANNIVERSARY OF THAT DATE. AS AUTHORIZED BY YOU DURING THE SIGN-UP PROCESS, WE WILL CHARGE YOUR OFFERED PAYMENT METHOD WITH THE APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEE AND ANY APPLICABLE TAXES, UNLESS YOU CANCEL PRIOR TO THE RENEWAL DATE.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the Service or by contacting Us at support@vfx8.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will continue to enjoy your subscription benefits until the expiration of the then-current subscription period for which you have paid.
6. Payments and Pricing
You agree to pay all applicable fees related to Your use of the Service. Our subscription pricing is as follows:
- Monthly Subscription: $20 USD per month
- Quarterly Subscription: $54 USD per quarter
- Annual Subscription: $192 USD per year
We may suspend or terminate Your account and/or access to the Service if Your payment is late and/or Your offered payment method cannot be processed. By providing a payment method, You expressly authorize Us to charge the applicable fees on said payment method at regular intervals.
All payments are final and non-refundable. We provide no refunds or credits for any reason. You will be responsible for paying any balance due on the account.
7. Electronic Communications
By using the Service, You consent to receiving electronic communications from Us. These electronic communications may include notices about applicable fees, transactional information, and other information concerning or related to the Service.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect the information that You provide to Us. Please review our Privacy Policy (which you should create as a separate document) which explains how We use that information.
9. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube content within Our Services, You are agreeing to be bound by YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy. We recommend that You review YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy regularly.
To take advantage of our features, we may ask You to authenticate, register for, or log into Third-Party Services such as YouTube. Please remember that your relationship with such third-party service providers is governed solely by your agreement(s) with them.
10. Proprietary Rights
"www.vfx8.com" is a trademark that belongs to Us. Other trademarks, names, and logos on the Service are the property of their respective owners.
Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, all Materials, including the arrangement of them on the Service, are Our sole property.
11. Ownership; Licenses
Rights in User Content Granted by You (AI License)
For purposes of this Agreement, "User Content" means any content that users (including you) provide to be made available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and videos.
By making any User Content available through the Services, You hereby grant to www.vfx8.com a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Services and Content.
You understand and agree that this license is necessary for Us to provide the Service. As Our service is an AI-based agent, this license allows our AI systems to analyze, process, transform, and learn from Your User Content in order to generate optimized recommendations, reports, predictions, and other outputs that are core features of the Service.
You are solely responsible for all your User Content. You represent and warrant that You own all your User Content or You have all rights that are necessary to grant Us the license rights in your User Content under this Agreement.
12. Intellectual Property Infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If You believe Your copyright or other intellectual property right is being infringed by a user of the Service, please provide written notice to Our Agent for notice of claims of infringement: Email: support@vfx8.com

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THIS SERVICE AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS". THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THEIR QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE IS WITH YOU. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY).
14. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS) HOWEVER ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PART THEREOF.
15. Arbitration
All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that are not resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and resolved by binding arbitration in Hong Kong. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force at the time. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.
16. General
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be heard in the arbitration forums of Hong Kong. These Terms are the entire agreement between You and Us.
